O quinto álbum de estúdio da banda inglesa, ainda sem nome, foi produzido por Dimitri Tikovoi (o mentor do projecto Trash Palace) e contou com as misturas finais a cargo de Flood. O sucessor de «Sleeping With Ghosts», de 2003, conta com a participação da vocalista dos The Kills, Alison «VV» Mosshart, no tema ‘Meds’.
