A respeito da canção "Hallelujah"...
Esta foi editada originalmente pelo grande canadiano Leonard Cohen em 1984, no albúm "Various Positions" e desde então tem sido alvo da várias questão,dúvidas e dilemas. Qual a sua fonte de inspiração e a quem se dirige, então? Cohen em várias entrevistas teve oportunidade de explicar o sentido desta música e o porquê das suas palavras...ou conjunto de palavras.
Deste que esta música foi editada (1984) que tem sido alvo de algumas alterações que o próprio compositor/cantor achou indicadas...partes da letra foram alteradas pelo facto de Cohen não querer dar-lhe ênfase religiosa...mas a verdade é que esta música parece ter sido influenciada, também, por passagens biblicas (a notar, a personagem de David)! A título de curiosidade dêem uma olhadela na letra original e nas alterações posteriores que esta sofreu.
